Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the file is downloaded.<br>1.2. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if the product is found to be defective or corrupted, provided that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of the defect is submitted to <a href=\"mailto:lukmanarshi3@gmail.com\">lukmanarshi3@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1. Orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed as products are delivered instantly.<br>2.2. Delivery of Digital Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1. All designs purchased on Qube International are digital downloads and will be made available immediately upon successful payment.<br>1.2.
