1.1. Because our products are digital files available for instant download, we do not accept returns once a purchase is completed and the file has been accessed or downloaded.
1.2. If you find the file to be defective or corrupted, please report the issue within 7 days of purchase to lukmanarshi3@gmail.com with proof of the defect. We will review these cases individually to provide a working replacement or a resolution.
